Great location! The hotel was conveniently close to Grand Central and Times Square, making it easy to explore the city. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, ensuring a pleasant stay. the service provided by the bellman, Frank, was really good. He were very good too ensure our needs were met and even offered helpful advice and assistance throughout our stay.

The staff was helpful and responsive, especially Willy. Perfect location near top attractions. Comfortable beds and great rest. Free coffee and a variety of teas available.

The hotel was conveniently located near major attractions and transportation hubs , made it easy for us to explore the city. We were within walking distance of popular sites such as Grand Central and Times Square, and even Central Park was just a brisk walk away. This made it perfect for our Christmas trip.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was cozy and comfortable, with two spacious queen-sized beds. It was exactly what I needed for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

I can't recommend this hotel enough! It provided the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and convenience.

Our stay at Courtyard was perfect for our family trip. We spent 10 nights and found the location to be ideal, with easy access to transportation and attractions like Bryant Park. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient. We also appreciated the comfortable beds and the option to make a late check-out. The coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch, offering a variety of beverages. we loved our stay at Courtyard and would recommend it.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Manhattan. It was easily accessible and felt safe, even at night. The hotel staff, particularly Frank and Nick, were outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and even recommended a quieter room. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were cozy, the bathrooms spotless, and the WiFi worked perfectly. The hotel also had maid service and air conditioning. We also appreciated the deli right next door, which had everything we needed. a great place to stay in NYC.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Just a couple of blocks away from Grand Central and Bryant Park. Our room wasnice and neat. We had a small issue with the bed but the staff sorted it out quickly.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Just off 5th Avenue near Bryant Park, it is in a very convenient area of Manhattan -- close to everything. You can easily walk to Times Square, Empire State Building, Grand Central Station, and Rockefeller Plaza. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful. There is also a nice fitness center and free coffee machine on the mezzanine.

The service at the hotel was a bit slow at times, and there were some issues with housekeeping not changing the bed sheets during a long stay.

We had an amazing stay in a perfect location near everything in the heart of midtown Manhattan, allowing us to explore loads of sights and attractions. The room was spotless, tidy and had everything we needed including a hot drinks machine which was a lovely touch. The bathroom was modern, clean and had all necessary amenities. The staff were cheerful, polite and happy to help where needed. We also appreciated the free WiFi!

The hotel lacked a fridge in the room, but we didn't find it to be a big deal as there are plenty of nearby stores.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that this place is located in the best spot of the city. It is right in the centre of everything and close to all the landmarks. The service here is excellent from the moment I checked in until I checked out. The staff at the reception were accommodating and always willing to help me out with anything I needed. The room amenities were great, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having an ironing facility in my room. The dining restaurant here is superb and I never left unsatisfied after having a meal here. The staff here should be commended for their excellent service.
